The intent of this task is to ensure that the Service Engagement Initiation stream is “ready” for live cut over. As the Service Engagement Initiation stream progresses, progress must be tracked and communicated on a regular basis .The Service Engagement Initiation Lead must review all the previous activities within this stream and ensures that any potential issues and concerns have been communicated to the relevant stakeholders and appropriate plan is in place to handle it.

It is also important to ensure that any key decisions made during the delivery of this stream, have been recorded and communicated to all stakeholders.
